We offer you clients
We aim to offer as many clients as you are able to commit to, with a minimum commitment of two days per week. If you already have your own clients, tell us which days and times you are available and we will fit around them.

You are not just taking on a job
At Your Helpers you are joining a team that genuinely cares about people. We believe in supporting not only our participants, but the individuals who make our services possible every day.
You will be part of a respectful, supportive environment where your work is valued, your voice is heard, and you are encouraged to grow.
- Ongoing work, not one-off jobs Accept a client once and they become a weekly or fortnightly job.
- Paid weekly Invoice through the contractor portal, paid the following week.
- Work near where you live We take your preferred areas into account when allocating services.
What we offer

You choose your jobs
You have other responsibilities and priorities. We work with you so the jobs we offer meet your needs, including keeping them close to where you are.
Ongoing, reliable work
Unlike one-off jobs, our participants need regular support. Once you accept a new job, that client becomes an ongoing weekly or fortnightly job for you.
Weekly payments
You never have to chase a client for money. You submit your invoice through our contractor portal each week and you are paid the following week.
No fees
We do not charge fees for referring clients to our cleaners and gardeners. We just ask that you are reliable, honest, friendly and that you do a good job.
The home is always visited first
You will never be sent to a home that we have not visited ourselves first.
What you will need
Our cleaners and gardeners work as contractors, so there are a few things you need in place before you start.
- Your own cleaning or gardening equipment
- An ABN
- Public Liability Insurance to $10 million
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Based on the Gold Coast, Logan, Beenleigh or surrounding areas
- Prior residential experience
You will also need a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (the Yellow
Card in Queensland) and to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation
Module. Both are free to complete and we will point you in the right
direction. See
