Every team member holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and has completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
Weekly or fortnightly, booked in advance. You never have to ring up and rebook, and you get a reminder text the Friday before.
Cleaners and gardeners arrive with their own products and equipment. Prefer they use yours? Just say so.
We keep your Support Coordinator and Plan Manager in the loop as your plan and your needs change.
