A registered NDIS provider on the Gold Coast, started because one family could not find the kind of help they were looking for.
Why we exist
Kris Aitken started Your Helpers Home Services in 2020. She has a close family member under the NDIS, so she had seen first hand how hard it can be to find reliable, honest and compassionate help to keep a home in order.
The business has only ever supported NDIS participants. That focus is deliberate. It means our team understands plans, budgets, Service Agreements and the difference between a Plan Manager and a Support Coordinator, so you are not the one explaining it.
We are audited by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a registered provider, which means we can support Agency Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed participants alike.

We are committed to providing the highest quality NDIS home cleaning and gardening services, by exceeding the expectations of our clients, their families and support teams. We might not be known as the largest cleaning and gardening service provider, but rather the one who takes the time to understand our clients' wants and needs, requirements and challenges.

We are constantly working to uphold ourselves as the preferred registered NDIS home cleaning and gardening provider. Who we support beyond the Gold Coast
Kyampisi Childcare Ministries fights poverty, empowers families and communities through education, seeks justice through advocacy, and provides physical, emotional and spiritual support to vulnerable children.
KCM rescues children from human trafficking and child sacrifice, places them in educational programs and works to reunite them with their families. They also provide healthcare, education and rehabilitation for children who survive.
Your Helpers Home Services are proud ambassadors of Kyampisi Childcare Ministries. We sponsor a nine year old boy, paying for his healthcare, education and ongoing support so he can have a better future.
